Rates

Sessions are 50 minutes at the rate of $125 per session.

All major credit cards, cash and checks are accepted. Sliding scale is offered pending availability.  Inquire for additional information.

Please note: I do not accept insurance as payment.  All payments are due on date of service, however I will provide you with a coded superbill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement, based on your coverage.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please inform me at least 24 hours beforehand. If you do not inform me of a cancellation and do not attend the session, you may be charged the full fee.
